At Mitie Group Ltd, we are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Receptionist / Admin to join our team at our location in 1 New Park Square, 1 Airborne Place, Edinburgh, Midlothian, South Scotland, EH12 9GR, United Kingdom. This temporary position is set to start on July 25, 2025, and will end on August 8, 2025. As a Receptionist / Admin, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a warm and professional welcome. Your responsibilities will include answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing the reception area. You will also assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and maintaining office supplies. The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You must be comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment and have strong attention to detail. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required. This temporary position will require you to work from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday. The payment rate for this role is £16 per hour.
